We try to get you 5 items in a container, too many items will greatly reduce the efficiency of production, each individual item needs to change production molds during production. Constant mold changes will greatly waste production time and your order will have a long lead time, which is not what we want to see. We want to keep the turnaround time of your order to the shortest possible time. We work with Costco or other large channel customers with only 1-2 items and very fast turnaround times.

When a quality problem occurs, first we need the customer to provide pictures of the product where the quality problem occurred. We will take the initiative to call the quality and production departments to find the cause and give a clear plan to eliminate such problems. We will give 100% compensation for the loss caused by our quality problems to our customers.

Our lead time for new customers is generally around 25-30 days. If a customer needs a custom layout, such as bags and shrinks films that require a new layout, the lead time is 35-40 days. Because the new layout is done by the raw material factory, this takes extra time.

We can provide you with free samples. You can probably receive it within 7-10 days after sending it. Shipping costs are usually in the range of a few tens of dollars to about $150, with some countries being slightly more expensive, depending on the courier's offer. If we are able to work together, the shipping cost charged to you will be refunded in your first order.

Yes, you can. We have a team of professional designers who can customize the design manuscript specifically for you based on your concept and requirements. Cover film, bags, stickers and cartons are included. However, if OEM, there will be an opening plate fee and inventory cost involved. The opening plate fee is $600, which we will return after placing 8 containers, and the inventory deposit is $600, which will be returned after placing 5 containers.

If an allergen is present in our products, we declare it in the list of ingredients. Carefully look at your product’s package, it will provide all the necessary information to see if your product poses a risk for someone suffering from allergies. We also list all the ingredients that the product may contain or may have been in contact with by using the words “may contain”.

Yes and no. Many people use the term “Jello Shot” to describe a product like ours. However, JELL-O is technically a brand name. That said, we refer to ours as “gelatin shots”

All of our shot cups and multipack jars are made of high-quality food-grade recyclable plastic. Please do your part and make sure they find the recycle bin after the celebration.

Yes, all of our products are made with plant-based ingredients. We’ve spent years creating the perfect balance between exceptional quality and flavor. Unlike other gelatin shot brands, we’re not really into including animal scraps in our products.

Actually, because we make our shots with plant-based ingredients, you can store them at room temperature. We do recommend consuming Jello SHOTS chilled or frozen though, so toss them in the fridge or freezer for a bit before the party.
