How do you control quality and ensure food safety?
We have a professional quality control team, who are responsible for inspection records of raw materials, production processes, semi-finished products, and finished products. As soon as a problem is found in each process, it will be rectified immediately. In terms of certification, our factory has ISO22000 and HACCP certification and has obtained the FDA certificate. At the same time, our factory passed the audits of Disney and Costco. Our products pass the California Prop 65 test.

Can I choose different items for one container?
We try to get you 5 items in a container, too many items will greatly reduce the efficiency of production, each individual item needs to change production molds during production. Constant mold changes will greatly waste production time and your order will have a long lead time, which is not what we want to see. We want to keep the turnaround time of your order to the shortest possible time. We work with Costco or other large channel customers with only 1-2 items and very fast turnaround times.

If quality problems occur, how do you resolve them?
When a quality problem occurs, first we need the customer to provide pictures of the product where the quality problem occurred. We will take the initiative to call the quality and production departments to find the cause and give a clear plan to eliminate such problems. We will give 100% compensation for the loss caused by our quality problems to our customers.

Can we be the exclusive distributor of your company?
Of course. We are honored by your confidence and affirmation of our products. We can establish a stable partnership first, and if our products are popular and sell well in your market, we are willing to protect the market for you and let you become our exclusive agent.

How long is the delivery period?
Our lead time for new customers is generally around 25-30 days. If a customer needs a custom layout, such as bags and shrinks films that require a new layout, the lead time is 35-40 days. Because the new layout is done by the raw material factory, this takes extra time.

Can I ask for some free samples? How long will it take to receive them? How much will shipping cost?
We can provide you with free samples. You can probably receive it within 7-10 days after sending it. Shipping costs are usually in the range of a few tens of dollars to about $150, with some countries being slightly more expensive, depending on the courier's offer. If we are able to work together, the shipping cost charged to you will be refunded in your first order.

Can you do our brand (OEM)?
Yes, you can. We have a team of professional designers who can customize the design manuscript specifically for you based on your concept and requirements. Cover film, bags, stickers and cartons are included. However, if OEM, there will be an opening plate fee and inventory cost involved. The opening plate fee is $600, which we will return after placing 8 containers, and the inventory deposit is $600, which will be returned after placing 5 containers.

What are your payment terms?
30% down payment before production, 70% balance before shipment.

We can provide services for booking, cargo consolidation, customs clearance, preparation of shipping documents and delivery of bulk cargo at the port of shipment.
